Supply Chain Management Certificate

Program Objective

The Non-Credit Certificate in Supply Chain is a multi-tiered program designed to provide a solid foundation for those who have recently joined the Supply Chain Industry or have been working in the industry and are ready for advancement. The topics introduced will provide a solid foundation for a career in the Supply Chain industry and allow students to successfully contribute to the growth of the industry.

Program Scope and Sequence

This certificate is designed for frontline workers, logistics/warehouse associates, distribution center teams, fulfillment specialists, material handlers, and seasoned professionals in the supply chain industry.  This is a three-part certificate. The foundational courses: Introduction to Supply Chain is comprised of four courses. Upon completion of all four courses, students will have the option to select from the next series of courses: Supply Chain Management.

 These are interactive sessions with the expectation that students will be actively engaged and bring real world examples into the classroom.

The goal of this certificate is to

  1. Introduce those currently working in the industry to the key concepts required for advancement.
  2. Accomplish the training needs for industry partners who have a need for skilled employees ready for advancement.
  3. Provide current Supervisors with the skills to become leaders in an organization.

Continuing Education Units

Continuing Education Units (CEUs) are awarded based on a standard of one unit per ten (10) hours of classroom contact.
